Who we are

The game is published by Conte Games Studio (Anthony Conte).

In short

• No ads in the game.
• No tracking, no analytics tools, no selling of data.
• No account to create: no email, no password.
• Only a few pieces of information are sent to the world ranking, and you can turn this off in Settings.

What stays on your device

Your progress (restored paintings, stars, rubies, decorations, daily gift), your language and your settings are stored only on your device. We have no access to them.

What is sent to the world ranking

When you play the challenge of the week or a duel, and only if sending scores is turned on, the game sends our server:

• an anonymous ID, picked at random by the game, which cannot tell us who you are;
• your painter's name, which you choose (don't use your real name);
• your country, shown with a flag, which you can change once;
• your scores in the challenge of the week and your duel points;
• the type of device, for display.

This information is used only to show the world ranking and the ranking by country. It is visible to other players: painter's name, country and scores.

Where and for how long

The ranking server is hosted by Cloudflare (Workers and D1). To route the request, Cloudflare receives your device's IP address. It is only used to block abusive submissions. It is not stored in the ranking. Your country is the one you choose in the game.

Scores are kept for 4 weeks. Your painter's name and anonymous ID are kept until you delete your account.

Ads

There are no ads today. If ads ever arrive, the game will ask for your consent first. On iPhone, this will be Apple's official tracking request (App Tracking Transparency). This policy will be updated beforehand.

Purchases

There are no purchases in the game. Everything is free, and rubies are only earned by playing.

Reporting or hiding a name

Tap another player's name in a ranking to hide it or report it.

• Hide: this player no longer appears in your rankings. The list stays on your device, and you can clear it in Settings.
• Report: the game sends our server the reference of the reported name, the reason you chose and your anonymous ID. We keep them for 90 days at most, only to check the report. A name reported by several players is replaced by "Anonymous painter".

Children

The game is suitable for all ages. It does not ask for any personal information. Painter's names are filtered to keep out rude words.

Your rights

• See and correct: your name and country are visible and can be changed in Settings.
• Stop sending: turn off "Send my scores to the ranking".
• Erase everything: "Delete my account", in Settings, erases your name, scores and ID from the server, and all your progress on the device. It is immediate and permanent.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will be in the game with its date.
